DELIVERY & CANCELLATIONS

We will dispatch products as soon as possible and aim to have them delivered by 10 business days (excluding Australian and South Korean weekends and public holidays) after acceptance of order.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you must immediately contact us by email at info@shleepwell.com and we will endeavor to accommodate your request if the products have not been dispatched.

FREIGHT

For all orders within Australia, we offer a flat shipping rate of $14.95. We ship orders via DHL Express. From the time you place your online order to when you receive your goods will be approximately 10 business days (excluding Australian and South Korean weekends and public holidays).

For all customers living outside of Australia please email us at info@shleepwell.com and we will endeavour to accommodate your order based on your location.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

If a Product is “out of stock” when we process your order, we will contact you to discuss revised delivery times or refund options.
