WARRANTY POLICY

Shleep wool bedding products are guaranteed to be free from defects in quality and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase.
Shleep pillows and kids products (excluding swaddles) are guaranteed to be free from defects in quality and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
Shleep kids swaddles are guaranteed to be free from defects in quality and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

In the unlikely event that your product requires returning for repair or replacement, please ensure for health reasons that it is in a clean condition and/or has been freshly laundered.

Under our warranty, Shleep will provide a replacement product or repair if your product has been wrongly described or deemed faulty by Shleep.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Change of mind
  • General wear and tear
  • Incorrect laundering or cleaning
  • Items with any care instructions labels removed
  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect

For warranty claims, Shleep reserves the right to assess the condition and age of any item prior to offering a replacement or repair.

To make a claim please email us at info@shleepwell.com and provide proof of purchase and we will attend to your claim as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can contact the retailer you purchased your product from and they will contact us for speedy attention. Shleep will inspect the product and advise on the results from the assessment. Shleep products that are repaired or replaced under warranty will be returned to you at no cost.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
